When there is genuine love between two people, nothing could be easier to photograph, which is definitely the case with this wedding. Alex & Yasmin decided to have their wedding in Guatemala because part of Yasmin’s family is originally from here. The venue, wedding Hotel Casa Santo Domingo, is one of the most famous hotels in Antigua, built from what used to be one of the grandest convents in the Americas. Nonetheless, the mood when we arrived on the day of the wedding was relaxed and joyful. As the bride and groom got ready, they shared lots of laughs and smiles with their loved ones. As the ceremony got closer, there was literally no sign of stress on the side of the bride or groom. Everyone was just generally happy to be there. The general joy of the day set the tone for the wedding, which made it that much more amazing. Happiness is contagious!
