“Here we are, after 5 years of growing our love, in the same place where we simultaneously witnessed a shooting star. And I couldn’t have wished for a better life or a better partner”
Some wedding days happen and it feels like everything perfectly fell into place. Caroline & Ross’ destination wedding at Santa Clara ruins of Antigua Guatemala felt so easy and effortless, we can’t believe it was one of our last weddings before the coronavirus hit. This couple from the US was just so genuine and they were both so relaxed on their wedding day.
Caroline’s mother’s family originally comes from Guatemala, so they really wanted to include part of her heritage in the celebration. The couple got ready in Pensativo House hotel, one of our favorite places to shoot in Antigua. Then they took a short walk to the convent of Santa Clara, where they held their ceremony and reception.
Carolina Mendez was the awesome planner, as always and the incredible décor was the work of our good friend Bea from Addy Florales. Thank you so much to Caroline & Ross for having us capture your destination wedding at ruins of Antigua Guatemala. We are so happy to have played a part in such an intimate and special moment for you two and we know your future will shine so bright.
